OKI soldering technology
OKI supplies MFR-series soldering and desoldering irons as individual handpieces and as kits. Handpieces include the MFR-H2-ST2 (iron with new coil MFR-CA3), the MFR-H4-TW (precision tweezer for MFR-1100 and MFR-2200) and the MFR-HSR (soldering/rework handpiece with cable). Upgrade kits (MFR-UK1/UK2/UK4) bundle a handpiece with the WS1 holder stand for immediate use with an existing station.

MFR-UK1 vs. MFR-UK2 - both kits include iron and stand; UK1 with SC2, UK2 with ST2 handpiece; tip compatibility determines the choice
MFR-H4-TW tweezer - for simultaneous grip and soldering of small SMD components; exclusive to MFR-1100/2200 with paired channel
PS-HC3 for PS-900 - older iron generation with its own coil technology; not compatible with MFR stations
AC-FX1 tip extraction clip - universal adapter clip for irons; improves local extraction directly at the soldering tip
Typical applications: Retrofitting existing MFR stations with a second handpiece (UK kits), precision hand-soldering with a tweezer on a dual station (MFR-H4-TW), rework and component replacement at MFR single and dual stations, and servicing of older PS-900 systems (PS-HC3).
