Sehan Electools Co., Ltd. from Korea is a specialist in fastening systems and builds electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers and controllers. The company was founded in 1969 as Sehan Company and has produced electric screwdrivers in its own plant since 1996.

Choosing the right Sehan screwdriver

Define the torque range

The most important choice is the torque you need. Sehan covers 0.02 to 10 Nm, from the Mini series for fine assembly up to the HF series for stronger fastening. Pick a model whose range keeps your target torque near the middle, so the stepless setting stays stable and repeatable.

Carbon brushes or brushless

The EF series Mini, EF series and K series run on carbon brushes and work with the KT-38D controller. The brushless series are suitable for cleanroom class 5 and hold a repeat accuracy of ±3 percent.

Controller and accessories

Each series belongs on its matching controller, that is the KT-38D, FT-40D, YFC-35D or HTC-35. With the SCOUT II screw counting unit on the KT-38D and FT-40D you count the fastenings. Accessories include protective caps for the torque adjustment ring, pistol grips, vacuum attachments for picking up the screw as well as straight connection cables and coiled cables.
