This category lists 12 Leica DISTO laser distance meters and sets, from the D210 with 80 m to the X6 with 250 m and a touchscreen. They measure lengths, areas and volumes plus stake-out and indirect dimensions through the tilt sensor. Models with a digital pointfinder and 4-fold zoom (D5, X6) stay usable outdoors in bright sun, while the X series is rated IP65 and drop tested. The Exterior and P2P packages come with adapter (FTA 360, DST 360, DST 360-X) and tripod (TRI 75, TRI 120) in a case.
Range - The units stocked here cover 80 to 250 m, short ranges are enough indoors while facade work needs the maximum.
Pointfinder and zoom - The digital pointfinder with 4-fold zoom keeps the laser dot visible outdoors where the naked eye loses it.
Bluetooth and app - Readings go straight into take-off and CAD apps over Bluetooth instead of handwritten notes (D2, X3, X6).
Protection and durability - X3 and X6 are rated IP65, the X3 is additionally drop tested to 2 m.
Tilt sensor and P2P - Using the tilt sensor and the DST 360-X tripod adapter, the X6 measures point to point and exports floor plans as DXF.
