Extraction unit ACD 400 Ex ATEX for gases and vapours 400 m³/h - ULT ACD 0400.0-EX.0.0

Bonding, laminating, varnishing and solvent cleaning release flammable vapours that can form an ignitable atmosphere. The mobile ACD 400 Ex captures them at 400 m³/h against 1400 Pa and binds them in two adsorption filter cassettes of roughly 14 kg each.

Applications

Bonding, laminating and varnishing, pretreatment and cleaning with solvents, casting and printing. Wherever gases, vapours and odours have to be captured at the process and the surrounding area is classified as potentially explosive.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as a mobile unit with switch box and the filter pack described above. Capture elements such as extraction arms, funnels and hoses are not included and are chosen to suit the process. Spare parts are filter mat 02.0.012 and adsorption cassettes 02.1.025 and 02.1.044.
