A compact bench unit for one or two soldering positions: the WSA-10LR collects flux vapours through two DN50 intake ports and runs at 80 m³/h against 1,900 Pa. Volume flow is adjusted steplessly to the nozzle and hose length, and the optical indicator signals when the filter is due.

Applications
Extraction and filtration of solder fume, gases and vapours in non-explosive air mixtures. Typical use is at hand soldering benches, in repair and rework, and at test positions with occasional soldering. Recirculated-air operation saves heating energy but is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Delivered as the WSA-10LR extraction unit with two DN50 connection ports, EC blower, volume flow controller, filter loading indicator and installed filter combination. Extraction arms, funnel nozzles and hoses for 50 mm connection are available separately. Consumables are the M5/F7 filter mat combination and the H13A combination filter cassette.
The HEPA element corresponds to filter class H13 to EN 1822 with a separation efficiency of 99.95 %.
