Change frame with filter mat set M5/F7 for LRA Jumbo - ULT 02.1.212

Loosely laid prefilter mats shift and let false air bypass at the edge, which drops the volume flow at the extraction hood. This ULT change frame comes already fitted with the M5/F7 filter mat set and is replaced as a closed unit in the LRA Jumbo filter trolley.

Applications

Filter changes during running shifts on mobile extraction with the LRA Jumbo, for example on soldering lines, at rework benches and in workshop areas with changing extraction points. The mats retain sticky aerosols cooled down in the intake duct together with solder fume particles.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the ULT LRA Jumbo filter trolley and the 150, 220 and 250 series. Supplied as one set consisting of the change frame and the M5 and F7 filter mats. In the LRA filter train the frame sits behind the expanded metal prefilter and ahead of the H13A combination filter cassette.
