Conductive PU foam, self-adhesive, 250 x 350 mm, 15 mm thick - A1-ESD EP0705086

Leaded components and assemblies with delicate terminals need a surface that cushions and conducts charge away at the same time. This PU foam is set to a conductive range of roughly 10E3 to 10E4 ohm, and at 15 mm it takes longer pins over their full length.

Application

The cut piece serves as a liner in storage and transport containers, as a pin bed for leaded components and as a cushioning pad on test and repair benches inside the EPA. The adhesive side fixes it to the container floor so the liner does not lift when parts are removed.
