Bosch Rexroth basic mechanic elements form the connection, fastening, and motion system for modular aluminium profile structures. The range divides into 14 product groups: strut profiles (slot 6-10, grids 20-60), connection elements (hammer nuts, brackets, base angles, T-slot nuts), linear guides, air-supply elements for compressed air in hollow-chamber profiles, doors and fittings, installation elements, tools, feet and wheels, manual motion elements (rollers, sliders, racks), ESD components, protective devices and partitions (EcoSafe), joints, and surface element mountings. All groups share the slot principle for full system compatibility.

Profile cross-sections range from compact 20x20 mm lightweight profiles (slot 6) to 100x200 mm heavy-duty profiles (slot 10 R50). Cut-to-length articles in all main cross-sections and pre-cut 1000 mm sections allow precise sizing without external sawing. ESD variants in strut profiles, end caps, and door fittings enable EPA-compliant use.
