Bosch Rexroth joints (Gelenke) are precision mechanical base elements engineered for structural frame assemblies built with the Bosch Rexroth aluminum profile system. Manufactured to tolerances of ±0.1 mm, these joints deliver reliable angular and pivoting connections across profile sizes from 20 mm up to 160 mm. Load ratings reach up to 500 N depending on joint type, with surface-treated zinc die-cast and anodized aluminum variants meeting the corrosion requirements of DIN EN ISO 9227.
