Basic mechanic elements
Bosch Rexroth connection elements join, fix, and align aluminium strut profiles within the modular profile system. The range covers 344 articles, including T-slot nuts for slot 8 in M4, M5, M6, and M8, angle brackets in several sizes (20x28, 28x28x38, 43x42, R40x43), sheet-metal angles (60x60x42x2.5), base plates (160x90x42x4 and 210x90x42x4), as well as bolt connectors, end connectors, collar nuts, and slot-strip profiles. Expansion nuts in M4, M5, and M6 allow force-fit cross-connections without machining the profile.
T-slot nuts for slot 8 slide into the T-groove and accept screw connections without drilling. Pre-assembled fastening kits (e.g., QV 10 8x40) and slot-strip profiles in L=1000 mm are suited to serial applications where a large number of connection points run along a single profile groove.
