Permanent function upgrade with 1200 rpm and dual axis grade 8 % - Leica CLX001AG

In its basic state a horizontal rotating laser covers levelling. As soon as grade is needed in two axes, for ramps, parking areas or drainage falls, the grade function is missing. The CLX001AG upgrade from Leica Geosystems adds exactly these capabilities to an existing Rugby CLH and stays on the instrument permanently.

What is unlocked

• Dual semi-automatic two-axis grade up to 8 %, the fall is defined in both axes instead of one.
• Rotation speed of 1200 rpm, a faster rotor gives the receiver more passes per second.
• Dial-in entry on the instrument, the grade is entered as a numeric value instead of being trimmed in by hand.
• Permanent unlock, unlike the time-limited rental options CLX 20, CLX 30 and CLX 40, this licence does not expire.
• No instrument swap, the existing Rugby CLH stays in service and case, battery and receiver continue to be used.

Applications

Ramps and access roads with fall in two directions, parking areas and yards with drainage falls, sloped floor slabs, external works and road construction. Worth it as soon as the existing Rugby CLH is regularly used for grade work and not only for horizontal levelling.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Intended for the Leica Rugby CLH rotating laser. In the Leica price book the upgrade forms part of the packages Rugby CLH and CLX001 permanent as well as Rugby CLH and CLX001AG-Combo, in each case together with the instrument. As a single line item it serves to retrofit an instrument already in use. Scope of delivery: one permanent function unlock, no hardware component.

Positioning

CLX001AG is the permanent variant. The items CLX 20, CLX 30 and CLX 40 are time-limited unlocks for rental and project business and expire. The levels CLX 200, CLX 300 and CLX 400 cover smaller function sets on a permanent basis.
