ATEX extraction unit for gases and vapours, 600 m³/h - ULT ACD 0402.0-EX.0.0

Bonding, coating and solvent cleaning release gases and vapours that have to be captured and chemically bound rather than simply moved around the shop floor. The ULT ACD 400 MD.58 A28 Ex delivers 600 m³/h at 1,800 Pa and is built as a complete unit for use in potentially explosive areas.

Applications

Extraction of gases, vapours and odours from bonding and potting work, solvent cleaning, coating lines and laboratory processes where ignitable air mixtures can occur. The remote control box lets the operator run the unit from outside the hazardous zone.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as an ACD 400 series extraction unit with the filter train described above: M5 filter mat (ULT 02.0.012) as the first stage plus the adsorption filters ULT 02.1.025 and ULT 02.1.044 holding around 14 kg of activated carbon each. All three elements are memory filters and are replaced once saturated, with spares available individually under the ULT numbers listed.
