Mobile solder fume extraction 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, H13 and carbon - ULT LRA JUMBO 2.0-BM.3.0

Changing soldering benches and repair cells are awkward to connect to fixed ducting. The JUMBO Filtertrolley 2.0 LRA therefore stands on castors right at the bench and delivers 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa at its nominal operating point. The EC fan reaches 190 m³/h and builds up to 3,200 Pa of vacuum, so slim capture nozzles and long hoses still work properly.

Applications

Hand soldering, robot soldering and soldering machines at special workplaces. The trolley suits changing benches, tight spaces and use as an under bench unit. The cleaned air returns to the room in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit ships with its filter set fitted. The M5 mat reaches ISO Coarse 85 percent and the F7 mat ISO ePM10 75 percent to ISO 16890. ULT lists the LRA replacement filters as 4-00295 (expanded metal prefilter), 4-00262 (change frame with M5 and F7 mats), 4-00227 (M5 and F7 mat set, ten pack 4-00228) and 4-00046 (H13A combination cassette). An Alsident System 50 arm of 945 mm or a System 75 arm of 1,290 mm mounts directly on the unit, with hoses and capture elements in DN 50 or DN 75. For use outside Europe there is a 100 to 120 V version rated 150 to 160 m³/h with nominal points of 65 m³/h at 1,300 Pa and 80 m³/h at 1,400 Pa, plus mains leads for Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
