In a multi-stage filter chain the first stage decides how long the expensive later stages last. The ULT M5 filter mat takes on this role in the LAS 1200 series extraction units and absorbs the coarse dust load in a 505 x 505 x 20 mm format.

Applications

The mat is used in LAS 1200 series extraction systems for solder fume, laser fume and dry fine dust, typically with several capture points connected in parallel in electronics manufacturing and material processing. It is replaced at short intervals as soon as it is visibly clogged.

Suitable for the ULT extraction units of the LAS 1200 series. Supplied as one M5 filter mat in 505 x 505 x 20 mm format. The downstream H13 particulate filter cassette and the adsorption filter cassette are ordered separately.
