Combination filter cassette H13A8 main filter series 1200 - ULT 02.1.621

On the extraction and filter units of the 1200 series the separation performance stands or falls with the main filter. The ULT H13A8 combination filter cassette unites the H13 particle filter to DIN EN 1822 with the A8 adsorption filter, so that fine particles and gaseous components are bound in a single pass.

Applications

Scheduled filter changes on LAS 1200 MD.18 K units for laser fume from cutting, marking, structuring and engraving, and on LRA 1200 MD.18 K units for solder fume from hand and robot soldering. Replacement is due when the particle filter loading indicator on the control panel switches its red lamp or odour breaks through at the outlet grille.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for LAS 1200 MD.18 K and LRA 1200 MD.18 K, listed in the ULT replacement filter lists under 4-00096. Scope of delivery: 1 H13A8 combination filter cassette. The upstream stages, expanded metal prefilter, Z-Line filter G4 and Z-Line filter F7, are ordered separately and should be checked during the same service step.

The contact time of the activated carbon bed is laid out for the nominal flow of the units and for a medium adsorption behaviour.
