A packing station works faster when box and insert match each other. This cushioning insert is designed for the 100 x 55 mm format of the Cortronic 05-TVS shipping box and, at 20 mm high, is placed straight into the box without cutting and without measuring.

Application

The insert is used in goods receipt and dispatch inside the EPA wherever one box size is run as a standard. Reach into the stock, insert into the 05-TVS box, press in the component, close the lid. At storage locations where small assemblies are kept by type, it also serves as a permanent liner inside the box.
