ESD pick foam, electrically conductive, for shipping box 70-TVS - Hans Kolb 70-NS-EL

Components and assemblies should sit firmly in the container without touching each other. The pick foam is placed as an insert in shipping box 70-TVS, measures and cushions the contents with electrically conductive foam.

Benefits

• Made to fit shipping box 70-TVS.
• The pick structure holds parts in position and absorbs shocks in transit.
• Electrically conductive version for storing and transporting electrostatic sensitive devices.
• According to the manufacturer, the ESD property of the foam lasts up to 5 years.
• With warning print, so the contents are recognisable as ESD sensitive.

Applications

Electronics production, storage and shipping of electrostatic sensitive devices inside and outside the EPA. Within the EPA, ESD containers and inserts should stand on a grounded, dissipative work or shelf surface so that charges drain off in a controlled way.
