Chain conveyor system Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus

The Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow+ chain conveyor system is a modular chain transport concept for the continuous and indexed movement of workpiece pallets, containers and assemblies along assembly and test lines. The system is available in an aluminium base variant (AL), a stainless steel variant (STS) for hygienically demanding environments, and an ESD variant for electrostatic protected conveyor areas. Conveyor chains in three widths (65+, 90+, 120+ and 160+/320+) plus curves at 30°, 45°, 90° and 180° allow any track topology.

Workpiece pallet systems (WT), side guides, clamping conveyors and system-specific tools complete the kit. VarioFlow+ is compatible with the Bosch Rexroth transfer systems TS 2plus and TS 5 and can be extended with section transfers, separators and positioning units into complete assembly lines.
