The clamping conveyor for the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus system enables stepless width adjustment of the conveyor track between 0 and 430 mm without dismantling the run. The system consists of three components: the connection set VFPlus ADJUST 0-410 (Art. 3842547729) for fixed connections, the adjustment unit VFPlus ADJUST 0-430 (Art. 3842547971) as the adjustment mechanism, and the hand crank VFPlus ADJUST 0-430 (Art. 3842547990) for manual on-site operation.
For runs with frequently changing pallet widths, the adjustment unit (3842547971) combined with the hand crank (3842547990) is recommended, allowing manual width changes without tools. The connection set (3842547729) is suited for positions where the track width is adjusted less frequently. Both versions cover widths up to 430 mm and are compatible with the VarioFlow+ standard aluminium profile.
