Chain conveyor system VarioFlow plus
The tooling programme for the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus system includes specialised assembly and machining tools for slide rail profiles and safety clutches. Roller sets in three variants (SF profile 17x14, profile 11x20 KPL, SF profile 17.3x13.5) cut slide rails to length. Shears (Art. 3842547982) and an assembly tool (Art. 3842549738) complete the slide rail installation set. The bending tool KPL (Art. 3842528531) forms profile material. The drilling jig set (Art. 3842553518) ensures correct drill positioning in slide rail profiles.

Roller sets are selected according to the respective slide rail profile: profile 17x14 and 17.3x13.5 for SF slide rails, profile 11x20 for the standard profile. Shears and the assembly tool (slide rail) form the basic set for new installations and repairs. The safety clutch tool is required for mounting the safety clutch on the VarioFlow plus system. The drilling jig ensures correct hole positioning for subsequent rail mounting locations.
Typical applications: Initial installation of VarioFlow plus conveyor runs, track modifications and extensions during ongoing production, repair and replacement of worn slide rail sections, and maintenance of safety clutches and guide components.
