Chain conveyor system VarioFlow plus
The Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus ESD system extends the aluminium chain conveyor kit with electrostatic dissipative conveying and curve components for use in EPA zones. Conveyor chains in widths 65+ (3842546088) and 90+ (3842546089) in ESD version, plus curve wheels at 30°, 45°, 90° and 180° for both widths (3842553029-3842553036), enable fully ESD-compliant track topologies. The system is compatible with the standard aluminium VarioFlow plus kit and can be combined with standard AL base units.

Typical applications: Conveying ESD-sensitive assemblies and PCBs in EPA zones of electronics manufacturing, placement and soldering lines with EPA requirements per DIN EN 61340-5-1, repair and rework lines for sensitive electronic assemblies, and combined standard/ESD track layouts with AL base units.
