Chain conveyor system VarioFlow plus
Conveyor chains for the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus system are available in four basic types and three standard widths: FLAT (smooth surface), FRICTION (increased grip), UNIVERSAL and CLEATED (with cleats) in widths 65+, 90+ and 120+. Each type is available as individual chain links, enabling conveyor runs of any length without pre-assembled sections. Over 60 chain link articles are available in total.

Chain width is determined by the width of the workpiece pallet or the load to be conveyed. FLAT is suited for standard workpiece pallets on level track. FRICTION prevents pallet slipping on inclines or braking sections. UNIVERSAL combines the properties of both base types and is suited for mixed track requirements. CLEATED transports individual parts directly on the chain without a separate pallet. ESD variants (3842546088/3842546089) for 65+ and 90+ are available in the ESD system.
Typical applications: Building conveyor runs for workpiece pallet systems in assembly and test technology, material feed and buffer tracks in electronics and automotive manufacturing, indexed transfer systems with separators and positioning units, and track repair and extension in existing VarioFlow+ installations.
