Cable and Utility Locating
Ultra systems combine a locating receiver with a signal transmitter and are designed for daily use by utilities and civil contractors. The Ultra Standard and Ultra Advanced receivers work with more than 100 frequencies, locate to 4.6 m depth and are rated IP65; the Advanced adds AIM interference measurement and Bluetooth. On the transmitter side there are 5 W and 12 W signal generators, with the 12 W Advanced providing high output below 10 kHz. Complete Ultra Systems bundle receiver, transmitter, signal clamp and carrying bag.

Typical applications: Route surveys and cable identification on power, gas and water networks, locating before excavation and directional drilling, and work in areas with high interference where the frequency has to be chosen deliberately.
