Lines that are opened and closed several times a shift lose flow at every valved coupling. TSP Cupla uses a valveless straight through bore and is rated for 1.5 to 7.5 MPa working pressure, which keeps pressure loss low and lets high viscosity media such as grease pass without restriction.

• Valveless straight through construction cuts pressure loss and achieves a high flow rate.
• Working pressure of 1.5 to 7.5 MPa (15 to 76 kgf/cm2), depending on body material and size.
• Handles high viscosity fluids such as grease, because no valve poppet narrows the bore.
• Three seal materials cover -20 to +80 °C with NBR, -20 to +180 °C with FKM and -40 to +150 °C with EPDM.
• Bodies in brass, nickel-plated steel or stainless steel, with SUS316 available as an option.
• Sizes from 1/8 inch to 2 inch with hose barb, male thread, female thread or braided hose connection.

Compatibility

A socket and a plug connect whenever the first digit of the model number is the same, regardless of the end configuration. Once coupled, fluid may flow from either the plug side or the socket side.

Standards and compliance

Threads are supplied as R for male ends and Rc for female ends, the seals use nitrile rubber (NBR), fluoro rubber (FKM) or ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), and SUS316 is available as a body material option.
