Conductive PUR Foam Self-Adhesive 350 x 550 mm, Height 6 mm - A1-ESD EP0705092

Sensitive assemblies need a bedding inside the container that does not interrupt the path to ground. This PUR foam is set up conductive and sits at roughly 10E3 to 10E4 ohm, so charges are drained instead of being held under the part. The sheet measures 350 x 550 mm at 6 mm height and carries a self-adhesive layer on one side.

Application

Typical uses are base and lid inserts in ESD containers and cartons, interleaving when stacking populated boards, and a resting pad at test and rework benches inside the ESD protected area. The sheet can be cut to shelf size with a knife, after which the adhesive layer keeps the insert in place.
