The CLX 400 is the largest permanent function package for the Leica Rugby CLH and adds dual grade on top of single grade. Grade dial-in up to ±8 percent, semi-automatic grade, slope catch, slope lock and beam masking are included. One instrument then covers levelling and grade in both axes.

Parking areas and yards need a fall in two directions at once. The CLX 400 function package permanently unlocks dual grade on the Leica Rugby CLH, together with semi-automatic grade and grade dial-in up to ±8 percent.

Compatibility and scope of delivery
The package is activated on an existing Leica Rugby CLH and stays active permanently. The Rugby CLA and Rugby CLAx use the packages from CLX 250 upwards, the Rugby CLI uses CLX 900. If the function is only needed temporarily, choose the CLX 20, CLX 30 or CLX 40 versions.

Standards and origin
The function package does not change the hardware. Laser class 1 to IEC 60825-1 and the IP68 protection to IEC 60529 plus MIL-STD-810G of the Rugby CLH remain unchanged.
