Rotating laser kit green 400 m with Rod Eye 120G, RC400 remote and Li-Ion battery - Leica Rugby 640G

Transferring heights in the shell, aligning drywall or setting out suspended ceilings, every walk back to the instrument costs time. The Leica Rugby 640G uses a green 520 nm laser diode and therefore stays visible up to 30 m without a receiver, so the mark goes straight onto the wall. For longer distances the Rod Eye 120G receiver is included, extending the working range of the kit to 400 m diameter.

Drywall, suspended ceilings and raised floors, height transfer in the shell, formwork and concrete work, alignment of studwork and sub-constructions, sloped surfaces through the manual dual axis grade, setting out wall axes with the plumb beam.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The green beam is picked up by the supplied Rod Eye 120G, receivers for red beams such as Rod Eye Basic or Rod Eye 140 do not work with the 640G. The enclosed RC400 remote control covers 200 m diameter and also fits the Rugby 640 and the Rugby 840. Power comes either from the A600 Li-Ion battery or from the A150 tray with alkaline cells, both fit the same battery compartment. Any construction tripod with a 5/8 inch thread can be used.
