Filter trolley Jumbo Elephant for fine dust with ionisation, 80 m³/h - ULT ASD JUEL.0-MD.11.02.3025

Cleaning assemblies, housings and workpieces takes more than suction while the dust is still electrostatically bound. The mobile ULT Jumbo Elephant extraction and filter unit handles ionisation, brushing and extraction in one pass and is designed for dry dust in non explosive air mixtures.

Applications

Dedusting of printed circuit boards, plastic parts, housings and tools ahead of coating, bonding or assembly steps, plus cleaning work on machines and moulds. Intended for dry, electrostatically bound dust in non explosive air mixtures.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the filter trolley with ionisation unit, compressed air control unit, standard PP brush and hand guided extraction arm together with the complete filter set. The Z-Line G4 cassette, M5 filter mat and H13 particle filter can be reordered individually as ULT JuEl 02.0.221, 02.0.223 and 02.0.225. Operation requires a 230 V supply and compressed air.

The H13 class of the particle filter follows the classification according to EN 1822.
