Z-Line prefilter G4-02 for series 1200 - ULT 02.0.662

In the extraction and filter units of the 1200 series the prefilter stage decides how often the costly adsorption or submicron cassette has to be replaced. The Z-Line filter G4-02 handles coarse dust separation here and is classified as ISO Coarse 90% to ISO 16890.

Applications

Routine filter service on ACD 1200 units for odours, gases and vapours, LAS 1200 for laser fume and LRA 1200 for solder fume. Changing the prefilter is the quickest remedy when airflow drops while the main filter stage still has life left.

For ACD 1200 MD.18 A28, ACD 1200 MD.18 A60, LAS 1200 MD.18 K and LRA 1200 MD.18 K. The ULT replacement filter lists carry the Z-Line filter G4-02 as single filter 4-00310 and as a set of 10 under 4-00311. One Z-Line prefilter G4-02 is supplied as a single item.
