Function in the filter train

In LRA solder fume units the M5/F7 mat combination sits ahead of the H13A combination filter cassette. It binds the cooled sticky aerosols and most of the particles carried in solder fume and keeps the H13 main filter element from clogging early. Short change intervals on the mats keep the main filter working far longer and lower the filter cost per operating hour.

Applications

Intended for electronics manufacturers, repair centres and laboratories that operate several mid range ULT units and want predictable filter maintenance. It also makes sense as an annual supply for a single heavily used extraction point.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For LAS 150, 220 and 250, LRA 150, 210, 220 and 250 as well as ACD 220 AS and ACD 250 FQ AS. The sets are part of the combination filter cassettes 02.1.033 and 02.4.033. Delivered as ten M5/F7 sets without frames.
