Combination filter cassette H14A10 main filter series 260, 380 x 380 x 264 mm - ULT 4-00109

Laser processing releases more than particles, it also releases odours and vapours that a HEPA filter does not bind. The H14A10 combination filter cassette answers both in one component: an H14 fine particle stage that holds back even nanoscale particles, and a generously sized activated carbon bed for the gaseous fraction. It is the second filter stage of the 260 series, behind the F9 particle pre-filter cassette.

Applications

Filter replacement on LAS 260 laser fume extraction units used for laser engraving, laser marking, laser welding, laser structuring and laser cutting on plastics, metals and organic materials. The combination stage is replaced once the optical filter loading indicator responds.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For ULT extraction units of the LAS 260 series. The LAS 260.1 comes in two versions: MD.20 with a maximum of 360 m³/h and 9,500 Pa, nominal duty point 200 m³/h at 5,000 Pa, and MD.14 with a maximum of 635 m³/h and 3,200 Pa, nominal duty point 200 m³/h at 2,500 Pa. One H14A10 combination filter cassette in its MDF shaft is supplied. The upstream F9 particle pre-filter cassette is ordered separately.
