Where a changeover station has to release several media lines at once, coupling each line on its own costs time and invites mix-ups. The Nitto Kohki Multi Cupla Zerospill combines 2, 3 or 4 coupling elements in a single plate and parts them in one movement, without medium escaping at the parting line.

• Versions with 2, 3 or 4 coupling elements per plate, so the element count can be matched to the number of lines at the station
• All lines are connected and disconnected in one operation, which rules out swapping individual lines
• Zerospill design for drip-free disconnection, the medium stays inside the line when the plates part
• Aluminium plate bodies keep the weight of the moving unit down, the single MAM-A-ZEL coupling elements are made of brass
• Seals in NBR or FKM, the sealing material is chosen to suit the medium carried
