Quick connect coupling Semicon SP Cupla 8S-304-KL, stainless steel - Nitto Kohki 349819526

Made for high purity chemicals in semiconductor production, the Semicon SP Cupla connects containers and lines at a working pressure of 0.2 MPa. Body and valve springs are stainless steel SUS304 and the body is electro-polished.

• Working pressure of 0.2 MPa combined with a two-way shut-off valve keeps the fluid inside both container and line when the coupling is separated.
• Body and valve springs in stainless steel SUS304, with an electro-polished body surface for higher corrosion resistance.
• Four seal materials to choose from, FKM (X-100), EPDM (EPTS), perfluoroelastomer and Kalrez, each rated for 0 °C to +50 °C.
• No grease is applied to the seal, and all components are cleaned, assembled, inspected and packed in a clean room.
• Six sizes from Rc 1/8 to Rc 1 cover minimum cross-sectional areas from 13 mm² to 192 mm².
• Every plug comes with a dust cap, and SUS316 bodies and valve springs are available made to order.

Compatibility

A socket and a plug of the same size can be connected regardless of their end configurations. Female threads are available as Rc, as NPT and as 19/32-18UNS.

Female threads from Rc 1/8 to Rc 1 plus 1/8-27NPT, 1/4-18NPT and 19/32-18UNS, with stainless steel SUS304 as the standard body material and SUS316 as a made-to-order option.
