Reztore Antistatic Coating, Static Dissipative, 1 l Spray Bottle, Carton of 12 - Desco 229014

Laminate worktops, acrylic glass, screens and standard shelving charge up every time they are touched. Reztore Antistatic Coating makes these surfaces ESD safe. Once dry it leaves a dissipative hard film of 1 x 10⁶ to < 1 x 10⁹ ohms that holds tribocharging below 200 V.

Applications

For dissipative and non-ESD surfaces: rubber, vinyl and PE mats, field service kits, laminated worktops, tote boxes, epoxy, painted surfaces, acrylic glass, glass, metal, screens, keyboards, shelving, carts and conveyor belts. Spray on and spread evenly with a lint-free cloth. Rough or porous surfaces may need two coats.

Standards

Surface resistance per ANSI/ESD S4.1. After application, measure point-to-point (RTT) or resistance to ground (RTG) to confirm that no insulative areas remain uncoated. Lead-free, RoHS compliant.
