Dirty ESD mats lose their dissipative performance, and many household cleaners make it worse by leaving silicone or insulative residues. Reztore Surface and Mat Cleaner removes contamination and leaves behind only a dissipative film of 1 x 10⁷ to < 1 x 10⁹ ohms.

Applications

For rubber, vinyl and polyethylene table and floor mats, laminated worktops, tote boxes, epoxy, painted surfaces, acrylic glass, glass, metal, shelving, carts, conveyor belts and keyboards. Spray smooth surfaces and wipe dry with a lint-free cloth. Let set stains soak for 30 seconds first.

Standards

IEC 61340-5-1 requires cleaning materials that do not degrade the properties of ESD protective items. Measure surface resistance after cleaning to confirm that all insulative contamination has been removed. Lead-free, RoHS compliant.
