Fume Extractions

Extraction hoods and nozzles

Extraction hoods, suction tips, slot nozzles and nozzles capture solder fumes right where they are generated and pass them via the extraction arm or hose to the fume extractor. Most parts come from Alsident, complemented by Weller, Donaldson Bofa, Ersa, JBC, Quick, Oki and Hakko. They differ in connection (DN 50, DN 75, DN 100 or proprietary systems such as Easy-Click 60), shape (round hood Ø 385 mm, flat hood 330 x 240 mm, suction tip 210 or 310 mm) and material: transparent PETG for a clear view, dissipative PP for ESD areas, or aluminium.
