New ESD tiles or floor mats are costly and disruptive to install. Statguard converts the hard floor you already have into ESD flooring. The cross-linked polymer finish drains charge through ESD footwear and keeps walking voltage under 100 V, with a resistance to ground RG of no more than 1 x 10⁹ ohms.

Applications

For vinyl, VCT, linoleum, rubber, epoxy, acrylic paint, sealed wood, terrazzo and concrete, and for maintaining existing ESD floors. Suited to clean rooms, electronics manufacturing, assembly and test areas. Test a small area first and keep a mop and bucket dedicated to Statguard.

Standards

Meets IEC 61340-5-1, Table 1, and the ANSI/ESD S20.20 minimum requirements for floor and footwear as the primary grounding method. Measure resistance after application and at regular intervals. Lead-free, RoHS compliant.
