Dirty ESD mats lose their electrical performance, and many household cleaners make it worse by leaving silicone or insulative residues. Reztore Surface and Mat Cleaner removes contamination without leaving such a film and, being alcohol-free, does not dry out rubber or vinyl mats. The pack contains four 450 ml spray bottles.

Applications

For rubber, vinyl and polyethylene table and floor mats, laminated worktops, field service kits, tote boxes, epoxy, painted surfaces, plexiglass, glass, metal, shelving, carts, conveyor belts and keyboards. Spray smooth surfaces and wipe dry with a lint-free cloth, let it soak for 30 seconds on set stains. Clean keyboards with a dampened lint-free cloth or swab.

Standards

EN 61340-5-1 requires that only cleaning materials which do not degrade the properties of ESD protective items are used, and ESD TR20.20 calls for periodic worksurface cleaning to the manufacturer's recommendations. Lead-free, RoHS compliant.
