DD Locators and Sets
Cable and Utility Locating
The DD series covers handheld locators for buried cables, pipes and ducts, together with the matching sets of receiver and DA signal transmitter. Locating works actively through the applied signal or passively via power and radio frequencies, with route and depth shown on the display. The range starts with the DD120 and its depth estimate to 3 m, continues with DD130 and DD175 and ends with the DD300 Connect for utilities down to 7 m. Depth Packages include the transmitter and a carrying bag, Plumbers Packages add the Midi Sonde 8/33 for non-metallic pipes.

Typical applications: Exposing service connections and supply lines before excavation, route checks in road and pipeline construction, and tracing plastic pipes and sewers with an inserted sonde.
