Cable and pipe locator 60 Hz with GPS and Bluetooth, sonde depth 9.99 m - Leica DD175 60 Hz

A locator only reads passive mains signals properly when its power mode matches the supply frequency on site. This version of the DD175 is set up for 60 Hz, finds buried lines from 0.3 m to 3 m and sondes down to 9.99 m, and files every find with its GPS coordinate in the internal memory. For 50 Hz supply networks the material number is 949120, in every other respect the two versions match.

Applications

Utility clearance ahead of excavation, drilling and directional boring in regions with a 60 Hz supply grid, cable and pipe network construction, tracing sewers, plastic pipes and empty conduits with a sonde, fault finding and maintenance on distribution networks, and recording routes with coordinates for later evaluation in the office.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The DD175 works together with the DA175 transmitter range and the DD2xx transmitters, actively by induction or direct connection and passively in power and radio mode. Sondes extend it to non-metallic lines. Delivered is the locator in the 60 Hz version with alkaline batteries and user manuals. This item is a single instrument, a transmitter is not part of it.
