Locating set 60 Hz with GPS logging, DA175 transmitter and 9.99 m sonde depth - Leica DD175 Depth GPS Package 60 Hz

A locator on its own only finds services that radiate a field of their own. Depth readings, along with de-energised cables and gas or water pipes, call for a signal transmitter. This package therefore pairs the DD175 locator in its 60 Hz version with the DA175 1 watt transmitter and locates lines from 0.3 m to 3 m and sondes down to 9.99 m at a depth accuracy of 10 percent. For supply grids running at 50 Hz the package carries material number 6017281.

Benefits

Applications

Utility clearance ahead of excavation, drilling and directional boring in regions with a 60 Hz supply grid, cable and pipe network construction, tracing de-energised cables and non-metallic pipes through the transmitter, sonde work in sewers and empty conduits down to 9.99 m, and recording routes with a position reference for later evaluation in the office.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The DD175 works together with the DA175 transmitter range and the DD2xx transmitters, actively by induction or direct connection and passively in power and radio mode. The DA175 in turn fits the Leica Detect range DD120, DD130 and DD175. For non-metallic lines the package can be extended with sondes. Delivered are:
