Plastic pipes, drains and empty ducts radiate no field and cannot be found passively. This set answers exactly that case by pairing the Midi Sonde 8/33 with the DD300 Connect locator. The 38 mm sonde is pushed into the pipe and transmits on 8 kHz or 33 kHz, the locator follows it from the surface and reports the depth to 5 percent accuracy.

Compatibility and scope of delivery
The set can be extended with the Leica DA300 signal transmitter and with further sondes from the Leica range, meaning Mini Sonde 33, Duct Sonde 33, Clamp Sonde 33 and Maxi Sonde 8/33. Data download, remote calibration verification and firmware updates run over Bluetooth or USB, analysis is handled by DX Shield software.
