Tractor motorized depaneling machine 230 V with titanium blades - Iteco 7915583

The combination of 230 V motor drive and titanium cutting wheels is the most durable version of the Tractor sep1. It targets production sites that depanel every day and want to keep downtime for blade changes low, working with the same 380 mm separation length as the other sep1 machines.

• Titanium cutting wheels with motor drive, designed for daily depaneling work
• Separation length up to 380 mm at board thicknesses of 0.8 to 3.2 mm
• Mains supply 230 V, control panel with speed control and emergency stop button
• Fewer blade changes than with the steel version 7915.582
• Lower guide in special steel, frame in aluminium

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Spare parts for the series: upper cutting wheel with bearing Iteco 8930.501, titanium version 8930.509, lower cutting wheel for sep1 Iteco 8930.513. Delivery comprises the ready to use machine with the cutting wheels fitted.

Origin

Designed and built by Iteco Trading in Italy. The titanium cutting wheels are designed for longer intervals between blade changes than the special steel version.
