Tractor motorized depaneling machine 110 V with titanium blades - Iteco 7915585

This variant is the most durable version of the Tractor sep1 for 110 V mains, combining motor drive and titanium cutting wheels in one machine. It allows daily depaneling at sites outside Europe without frequent blade changes.

• Titanium cutting wheels and motor drive for 110 V mains supplies
• Separation length up to 380 mm at board thicknesses of 0.8 to 3.2 mm
• Longer change intervals than with the steel version 7915.584
• Component heights from 34 to 43 mm are handled without conversion
• Aluminium frame with a lower guide in special steel

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Spare parts for the series: upper cutting wheel with bearing Iteco 8930.501, titanium version 8930.509, lower cutting wheel for sep1 Iteco 8930.513. Delivery comprises the ready to use machine with the cutting wheels fitted.

Origin

Designed and built by Iteco Trading in Italy. The titanium cutting wheels are designed for longer intervals between blade changes than the special steel version.
