Tractor manual depaneling machine with titanium blades up to 380 mm - Iteco 7915581

This version of the hand operated Tractor is equipped with titanium cutting wheels. It pays off wherever glass fibre rich laminates blunt special steel blades quickly, while retaining the 380 mm separation length and mains independent operation.

• Titanium cutting wheels instead of special steel for a longer life on abrasive laminates
• Separation length up to 380 mm, identical to the steel version 7915.580
• Board thickness 0.8 to 3.2 mm, component height 34 to 43 mm
• Hand operation without mains connection, therefore also usable on the move
• Aluminium frame with a lower guide in special steel

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Spare parts for the series: upper cutting wheel with bearing Iteco 8930.501, titanium version 8930.509, lower cutting wheel for sep1 Iteco 8930.513. Delivery comprises the ready to use machine with the cutting wheels fitted.

Origin

Designed and built by Iteco Trading in Italy. The titanium cutting wheels are designed for longer intervals between blade changes than the special steel version.
