Tractor 2M motorized depaneling machine 230 V for pre-scored PCBs up to 450 mm - Iteco 7915564

As soon as several hundred panels per shift have to be separated, drawing the blade by hand becomes the bottleneck. On the Tractor 2M a 230 V motor moves the circular blade over the full 450 mm separation length while the operator only positions and guides the board.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Spare parts for the series: upper cutting wheel with bearing Iteco 8930.501, titanium version 8930.509, linear cutting wheel for sep2 and sep2m Iteco 1030.005, titanium linear blade 1030.005TI. Delivery comprises the ready to use machine with the blades fitted.

Origin

Designed and built by Iteco Trading in Italy. Blades and guides are made of special steel and are therefore designed for a long service life with little maintenance.
