Foot switch for Superform motor units 7915.030 to 7915.033 - Iteco 600023

An operator feeding a motorised Superform guides the component tape with both hands and has no hand free for a switch on the drive. Foot switch 600.023 moves start and stop to a pedal and fits all four motor units of the MOT98 range.

Working features

• Both hands stay on the tape - the feed is released with the foot only, the operator never lets go of the tape guide.
• Fits all four MOT98 units - 7915.030 and 7915.031 for Superform/A, AP, S, V, R and RCP as well as 7915.032 and 7915.033 for Superform/AF and VP.
• Drive stops when released - the pedal acts directly on the motor unit, no reaching over to the machine.
• Retrofit - the switch is connected to the existing motor unit, the machine itself needs no modification.

Applications

Series production on motorised Superform machines with continuous tape reloading, and workplaces where the operator has to stop the feed in cycles to remove tape ends or faulty components.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The foot switch only works together with a motor unit of the MOT98 range. On a purely hand cranked Superform it has no function, which also applies to the manual LC versions that cannot be motorised. Supplied as one foot switch. Made in Italy.
