Motorized Supercut 01 lead cutting machine for loose radial components 115 V - Iteco 7915147N

Before hand insertion, the leads of loose radial components have to be brought to one common length. The motorized Supercut 01 cutting machine does this at up to 3,000 pieces per hour, because transfer and ejection of the cut components run automatically and no down time occurs. This version is built for 115 V mains at 50/60 Hz.

Applications

Typical use is trimming electrolytic capacitors, transistors and stand-off resistors before hand assembly, shortening components taken from residual stock and preparing small batches for which setting up a taped machine is not worthwhile. In repair and prototype work the machine replaces trimming with side cutters.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as the complete cutting machine for 115 V. With the optional BR3 tape reel holder the machine also processes taped radial components, available for 12.7 mm tape pitch as Iteco 7915160 and for 15 mm as Iteco 7915159. The original lead length must be at least 6 mm longer than the required cut length.
