Motorized Supercut 01 lead cutting machine for loose radial components 230 V - Iteco 7915148N

Where loose radial components are inserted by hand, a uniform lead length decides how well the parts sit and how clean the solder joint turns out. The motorized Supercut 01 cutting machine trims up to 3,000 pieces per hour to one common length and runs from an ordinary 230 V outlet, so no step-up transformer is needed in European plants.

Applications

The machine belongs at the preparation bench ahead of hand insertion, in rework and in small batch production. It trims capacitors, LEDs, transistors and stand-off resistors to size and removes the spread that occurs when leads are cut by hand.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The scope of supply is the ready to run cutting machine in the 230 V version. For taped radial components the BR3 tape reel holder is available as an accessory, Iteco 7915160 for 12.7 mm tape pitch and Iteco 7915159 for 15 mm. The BR6 reel holder arm carries the Iteco number 7915185. Leads must be at least 6 mm longer than the target length before cutting.
