Tape reel holder arm BR6 for all Superform machines - Iteco 7915185

If the tape reel simply lies next to the machine, the feed pulls the tape unevenly and the components enter the wheels out of line. The BR6 reel holder arm is fixed to the left side of the Superform and holds the reel in the pay-off axis so the tape unwinds evenly.

Working features

• Fixed to the machine - the arm sits on the left of the Superform, so reel and infeed always stay in the same line.
• Free unwinding - the reel turns on its shaft, the tape is not dragged across an edge.
• Knurled nut for clamping - the reel is held between two cones and secured with the knurled nut, reel changes need no tools.
• Steel construction - the arm keeps its shape even with heavy, fully wound reels.
• For all Superform models - the 2026 catalogue lists it for every model of the range, expressly including the manual LC machines.

Processing taped axial and radial components from the reel, converting a manual workplace to continuous tape, and retrofitting older Superform machines where the reel used to lie loose on the bench.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The BR6 belongs to the optional accessories of the Superform range and is supplied without a machine. It is not intended for the Supercut cutting machines, which use the BR3 reel holders 7915.160 for 12.7 mm and 7915.159 for 15 mm tape pitch. Supplied as one reel holder arm. Made in Italy.
